Hello I just bought a Fitbit sens and I am a few minutes away from returning it because I am wondering if it will still keep disconnecting without stopping from Bluetooth? if yes I return it because I am really discouraged by this product !!! can someone tell me if this problem can be fixed for good thanks! And also no SCG for Canada grrr

What phone do you have?
Does the tracker show as paired in the Bluetooth menu?
Ultimately what is not happening.
Fitbit will only connect when it needs yo connect. It was never designed to have a full time connection.
As for ECG that is in Canada a hands.

Hi @Deiagiov - Which phone do you have? Is it on the list of Supported Devices? Once we know this, we can try to offer more trouble shooting help. But first, have you tried restarting your Sense? Often, that resolves many issues.

I have an iPhone and the watch cannot detect my Bluetooth connection on my iPhone or iPad. One day my Fitbit Sens is paired with my iPhone and the next day there is nothing in my Bluetooth connections, and when I try to use a service that must connect in Bluetooth with my watch I receive a message from error that my Fitbit is not connected to Bluetooth. It’s like that all the time. I have to reinstall everything to make it work again. But now it's been two times since I completely reset the watch and reinstall everything. Neither my iPhone nor my iPad is able to connect via Bluetooth with the watch. I've only had 48 hours and have spent 12 hours trying to get it to work properly! I have read on forums that this problem recurs for a number of people. Is this a known issue? And if so how can we do to fix it permanently? Regarding the CSG, Health Canada approved the application on December 24, why Fitbit does not yet offer the application available so that we can install it on our phones in Canada when everything is officially approved by the Government of Canada?.!? We just need the app!
