I'm trying to setup my husband Fitbit Charge 2 HR and everything goes well until it starts searching for it. It doesn't seem to be able to pick up on his iPhone6S. Do I need to charge the Fitbit first? Help please.

Indeed, Fitbit trackers need to be charged when setting up. It would be a great idea having it plugged in and charging while trying to set it up.
