Since updating ios13 Fitbit won’t sync

Since I have updated my phone to ios13 my Fitbit won’t sync, I have been on the community board and tried several suggestions but nothing, keeps telling me to turn Bluetooth on but it’s already on, Anyone else having problems

I am having the same problem. Got a new iPhone 11 yesterday with iOS13. Fitbit is now not showing up in the Bluetooth menu

 Exactly the same situation. It tells me to turn on Bluetooth and Bluetooth is already on. When you go to settings>Bluetooth you’ll see that your Fitbit is connected and yet the app cannot sync.

Hi

I got mine working tried for 2 days, I went in to the settings on my iPhone scroll down to the Fitbit app and my Bluetooth sharing was switched off try that and see if it works

Did you ever get this fixed? I can’t get my charge 2 to sync at all after the update..

I did, but my recollection is not so good.  I think it might have been that Bluetooth was enabled on too many devices and once shutting the others off, rebooting everything; it was able to sync. That's my guess.
