Sleep Graph problem

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
Is it just me or are others annoyed that the sleep graph no longer displays the times of each waking/restless event? I need to know WHEN I and restless and what times I am waking at night, and the duration of each block. The graph is useless without it. Please fix or tell me how I can fix. (iPhone 6)

This annoys me too, apparently enough so that I came here to see if I'm the only one bothered by it. 🙂 Really needs those times back, please!

I agree - it's very annoying. That's one of the most valuable aspects of having the sleep tracker. iPhone 6 Plus.

I thought something was wrong with my iPhone as this just started this week! I agree; the graph is useless without being able to see the times! Can't imagine why FitBit changed that! 😕

I can see my sleep info - from the app I click on the sleep tile.  Then click on the day I want to see, then click on the arrows that are in the upper right (to expand that graph), then I can drag my finger across the graph to see actual times for each area.

Hope that may help you...

Up until the update on 17 August, it was absolutely fine. The update broke it for me, and it looks like a lot of others as well.  It is still broken, three days later.

That's how it worked until the latest app update. Now, when you drag your finger across, nothing.

I am on the latest update - V2.26 - doing those actions allows me to see my times.  Not sure why you can't?

Here is a post from moderator explaining it as well with some tips that may help. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Sleep-tracker-no-longer-responding-to-finger-drag/m-p/152123...

Wish I knew! Seems like I'm not the only one, either. Are you on iPhone 6 Plus? Only thing I haven't done is update my iOS, since I'm on a business trip & don't want to risk getting anything hosed.

@Jchchatt  Yes - IPhone 6+.  It may not be working correctly since you mentioned you are not on the latest version of the App.

iPhone 6S and I haven't done the latest iOS update as I usually wait a bit for Apple to fix any bugs. You think that will fix the problem?

That is the way it worked before. Now I can only see the bar graph expanded but nothing happens when I drag my finger across to see time stamps. 😏

Had the issue, then thought perhaps it was becasue I needed an iOS update. Updated the iOS to no avail. Standard iPhone 6 (not +), up-to-date app, up-to-date iOS. I even went looking for a way to roll back to the prviosu version, but that failed, too...

I'm on the latest Fitbit app version. Haven't updated my Apple iOS with 9.3.4. I'll try that as soon as I get home. I've had 'bad things' happen with past iOS updates, so I'm cautious when I have to depend on my phone for connectivity when traveling. 😏

Miracle of miracles, it's back! I can now run my finger across the sleep graph and I can see the times! Thank you, Fitbit!

@JadziaOz I will try my best!

@Jchchatt @Kmransom123 @gmak49 @Rei_Li So if you click the sleep tile on your iOS dashboard > click the diagonal arrow button in the top right corner to expand the graph > and then tap and hold a specific time on the expanded graph, it will show the specific times for when you were asleep, restless, or awake.

I believe for the previous version of the App you just had to tap to see the specific times, where with the latest version you have to tap and hold to see the specific times.

Hope this provides some clarity!
