Hi Everyone,
I’m sorry for the delayed response to this thread. Thanks for all of your feedback and patience with the new Sleep Stages feature. A few notes:
Sleep Stages is now currently available for Charge 2, Blaze, and Alta HR.
There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of Sleep Stages, including:
You should also ensure your Fitbit app is on the latest version and your tracker firmware is up to date.
I've also placed the Sleep Stages help page here for further information.
If Sleep Stages is still missing, please check that All-Day sync is enabled on your app by going to Account > Your Tracker, then note the time you went to sleep. If you aren’t seeing Sleep Stages, please let me know.

Same type of issue on my end too - except I never got access to the new sleep user interface. The sleep tracker never update, it stayed the same old graph chart that it had been prior the update. I was looking forward to R.E.M. Tracking too.
Best AnswerI had sleep stages for 1 day then it disappeared. This morning I was welcomed to the new sleep stages but still have the same old graph. I want the new sleep stages😕
I've had it for three days in a row. Five of the last seven.
There may be a light at the end of the tunnel.
Best Answerhas anyone that lost it, got the new tracker back? I had it for about 5 days and now back to the old for the past 4 days
Best AnswerFor me, in the past two weeks it has come and gone 3 times, 2-3 days each. Seems random. Maybe someday Fitbit will actually enlighten us all about this.
My app has fixed itself. I had no need to update or reinstall the app itself; one day it just started showing the new design.
Best AnswerBe prepared for it to go away and come back for no apparent reason over the next few weeks.
Best AnswerMine seems to be showing consistently now. Hopefully you'll all be sorted soon

Which tracker are you currently wearing? When exactly were you able to see Sleep Stages on your Dashboard?
I would like to mention that Sleep Stages is a new feature that we are progressively rolling out to Charge 2 users. We are aware of some users that may have seen the initial explanation of Sleep Stages in the app, but not the full feature. I sincerely apologize for any potential confusion this has caused, and are working to make this feature available to all Charge 2 users soon.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted!
I have a Fitbit Alta HR. The sleep stages have been working since March 27th...but this past week it has stopped. It's gone back to the old way, and I miss seeing my sleep stages. How do I change that?
Best AnswerAnd now mine is gone again, after ten days of being there and nothing updated.
Best AnswerThis is really sad that fitbit hasn't properly responded to this yet... so many people with the same issue.
mine has gone back to the old view again today... back and forth... very annoying.
Best AnswerGuys Im done with FitBit. This situation is so ridiculous that I can't waste my time on it anymore. The FitBit's Ive had usually last a year or so and when my Blaze bites the dust Ill go with a better product, most likely the Apple Watch. I'm out.
And now it's back again... this is pathetic really. If I didn't have so many friends in challenges etc I would be looking for an alternative.
