Sleep log error

The past few weeks, for some reason my Fitbit app doesn’t always record my sleep. Fine. I’ve got a very old Fitbit. But today when I tried to add a sleep log for last night, I entered the information, but it never added/saved it.

I’ve rebooted my phone, logged in and out, deleted and reinstalled the app. I have updated iOS (which is super glitchy on some other things), updated Fitbit app. What other actions can I take?

I personally think that it’s not your device as there are similar issues reported across different community forum page’s here. There seems to be a general sleep score issue since the new App was launched. Probably you have missing heart rate data too throughout periods during the night? If so that’ll be impacting your score. There hasn’t been a ‘fix’ mentioned yet but today Fitbit did update the latest App, so perhaps that has some positive steps in it.
