Sleep tile disappeared

The sleep time has gone from my dashboard. I'm using a Surge on an iPhone. The edit button causes all tiles to wobble but the sleep tile isn't available to restore. Nothing else on the dashboard offers the option to restore tiles. Any ideas?

It seems very odd that the Sleep tile is not showing on your Dashboard. I would like to suggest tapping on the Account tab and check if your Surge is listed underneath your profile. If it is, please reply to me with a screenshot of your Dashboard while on Edit mode so I can check this further.
