Sleeping heart rate under restoration shows no data. I’ve logged out and back in, no change. Same on iPhone 12 Pro (14.4.2 software) and on iPad Mini 5 (14.4.2 software). I’ve just checked back on previous days and all data that was previously there under Restoration has disappeared! Resting heart rate on Dashboard OK.

The graph that tracks my heart rate sleep data under “restoration” has not shown itself the last 2 days.
I tried logging out of the Fitbit app, shutting my phone down, then logging back in as was recommended to an earlier person reporting the same thing, but still no restoration heart beat graph.

Having exact same problem with my inspire 2 using my iPhone SE. Quitting the app and restarting doesn’t seem to help.
Any other suggestions, Fitbit Moderator?

Will it also fix the issue with the heart rate graph disappearing from the sleep section? My Fitbit Inspire 2 is tracking heart rate, it’s set to be on my wrist, it shows my heart rate graph in the heart rate section, but for some reason the heart rate graph under Restoration in the sleep section is completely blank. Even though it tells me the percentages of above and below resting. This started when I updated the software earlier this week. And it’s removed the heart rate line graph from all previous recordings, not just the ones since the update. Help!

P.S. I think it’s an issue with the app’s update from 2 days ago (4/5). I have an iPhone Xs running iOS 14.4.2. It’s working fine on my Fitbit itself and in the heart rate section, just not in the sleep section, hence why I think it’s an app issue.

Also having this exact same problem. Ever since I updated the app 2 days ago. I’ve force quit many times, checked to make sure the Fitbit is not accidentally on clip setting, everything. I have an iPhone XS and it’s running iOS 14.4.2.

No restorative heart rate graph, will update fix that? Premium membership not giving premium info. Disappointed.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue as well. I’m not seeing where I can attach a screenshot to this message. Is there an email address I can forward it to? Thank you!

I have the same issue for a few days now. The restoration graph is blank. The other graphs are fine. How do we fix this?? Thanks.

I’m also having exact same issue. It disappeared a few days ago. All the other data is the same.

I am having this problem as of just a few days ago when I updated my app. I’m running it on IPhone Xr with iOS 14.4. I don’t know how to attach a screenshot. The overnight heart rate data is recorded, because it tells me how much time was above and below resting, etc. but the graph is empty.

Since this update, my sleep restoration heart rate chart has not been graphing my heart rate. What is the fix for this? It is tracking the percentage above and below, but not graphing.
