Basically, the “Answer” is “The Team heard you all and is working on it.”

Same problem. I’ve also deleted the app, shut down my phone, restarted it, reinstalled the fitbit app from the app store, then synced, slept, and synced again. Still no graph under Restoration in Sleep Analytics. Customer Service says they’re working on it. I have episodes of tachycardia at night so that graph was super useful for me. Hope they resolve this soon. It’s the only reason I bought this device.

I work in IT as well... my team is responsible for all public/customer facing applications. Our team gets alerts immediately when our sites or apps start failing to function as expected. We are expected to report out to those higher in the company regularly and no excuses for extended outages are tolerated.
This is why apps and changes should be fully tested in a prod environment before rolling out and truly impacting the end user.
I love my Fitbit too (I have used many iterations of the original since 2014) but what I use Premium and my Sense for are important to me or I would not have dropped that kind of money on the Sense and would not be paying for Premium.

I wonder if the moderator is reading all this and listening to all the people that are talking about going to apple. I hope now that this has happened 2x they will make sure this is added to the regression test set.

Ok, it took a few days, but I have confirmed that my sleep restoration graph is blank when I fall asleep before midnight, but does show up when I fall asleep after midnight. The other health metrics and sleep data are there now.

Yesterday I contacted Fitbit support about this problem. They have been very prompt with getting back to me. They asked for a screenshot of my dashboard. They said "we're currently working to resolve this issue and hope to have it fixed soon" and "thanks for your patience while we work to get you back on track." I'm not sure that contacting support will bring a quicker resolution of this issue than sharing our frustrations on this community thread, but I thought it would not hurt to try that route. Interesting. I have an iPhone 8 and iPad both running 14.4.2. The SHR does not show up on either device since April 2. Dianne

Can you also address the menstrual cycle tracking issue too?

Same issue here. The Restoration Heart Rate graph stopped populating with the last update. In my case the Skin Temperature display was also blank, that started to work about a week ago, but no change on the Restoration HR graph. My App is at the latest, iOS 3.40.1(1043), Charge 4 20001.100.34.

So still no fix for this problem? I have an iPhone 8.
