Did you go to bed after midnight? According to others affected by the blank SHR graph on this forum, if you go to bed after midnight, the graph populates with data. If you go to bed before midnight, as I always do, it does not populate. By the way, I also reported this through Fitbit support and received a response that they are working on it. Dianne
I checked my restoration this morning and the graph data is back! Hopefully everyone else’s is working now.
I didn’t do anything... the data just appeared back.
Best AnswerSo, how do we fix it?
Mine is not back yet
More helpful information for the "team" to fix this issue. Others who go to bed after midnight have reported that their SHR graphs populate. But yours does not.
Best Answer@WendyW72 did you go to sleep after midnight? It sounds (from some of the replies on here) like people are seeing data if the whole duration of their sleep is in the same day, but not if they fell asleep before midnight. 😕
Just looked back over my sleep data and, yep, the handful of nights when I fell asleep after midnight, the graph is there.
What a difference a minute makes..
Best AnswerI discovered something interesting. Someone pointed out they could see a tiny bit of data on the left side of the graph. I was looking at that and could not drag that line to the right (where the data would show up normally.) HOWEVER, The small bit that I could drag the line to the LEFT (off-screen) DOES have data and the time info along the x-axis moves positive to the LEFT. Somewhere, the IT development team has switched the orientation of the x-axis.
Hey, Fitbit folks! You likely have a stray negative sign in your coding.
