After upgrade of app 3.40(1042) the sleeping heart rate graph does not show. Running latest IOS 14.4.1

No, Debi, this wasn't a problem with an Apple update, it was with the Fitbit app update. Are you maybe a paid apologist for the company? Fitbit has had many weeks now to address this.
It is the same error that appeared 1-2 years ago. The hour data has been inverted, so the graph is plotted outside of the view to the left of the graph. You can follow the data pointing at it and move your finger to the left.
Do we need to manually update the app to get this fix - or will you push an update?
This is exactly what I get and have been getting since I updated my app a couple of weeks ago
Best AnswerFitBit Charge 3
FitBit app 3.40.1
FitBit FW up to date
iPhone X
iOS 14.4.2
Seems to be a graph axis error. Data are present if press/hold to the left of the x axis.
Graphs from two days ago are correct. I just bought a new Charge 4 direct and Premium was enabled on my account.
Best AnswerExactly right! Should be an easy fix but how do we get the Fitbit coders to do this? The sleep analytics are the main thing I need. Doc recommended this device so he could see when the tachycardia is happening. And now I can’t show him. It is annoying as F.
The heart rate graph is missing in the app on my brand new up to date iPhone 12 and my sense is also up to date. I’m not sure how to attach a screenshot because there’s no option to upload anything but a url.
Best AnswerI sent another message to Support yesterday, and received another thanks, they are working on it. I told Support there were more than 100 Fitbit Premium subscribers who have commented on this issue as of yesterday on 12 pages in this thread. Today two more pages and more unique Fitbit subscribers. Dianne

Best AnswerHello Juan,
Are we going to be given a free month of Premium? We’re not feeling much “patience and understanding” right now. If Fitbit’s users have been able to diagnose the problem for y’all (and we have), then I bet there may be a few people out here who could come in and fix it themselves. Please stress to your software developers that we’re getting a little annoyed.
Thanks.
