Sleeping heart rate graph not working - RESOLVED

After upgrade of app 3.40(1042) the sleeping heart rate graph does not show. Running latest IOS 14.4.1

I can see the chart if I change the sleep interval so it does not span midnight. So the sleep data is all there. The problem in my case is the chart will not appear for any sleep period spanning midnight. 
This seems to me to be the same software bug we all saw last summer, which was fixed in iOS Version 3.29 on 18Sep20. 
I expect t to he software team will trace this down eventually now that we have reported to them.

I just slept from 6:11 pm to 11:18 pm and the chart was there. It has been gone for approx 8 days.

We’ll see if it remains when my sleep includes the midnight period.

Update: slept from 1:56 a.m to 7:06 a.m

Graph was there.  I’ll be sleeping through the midnight hour tonight.

My sleep metrics have been showing up nicely all week, but today my sleep restoration graph is blank, although it seems like all the metrics have been calculated.

If I go to sleep after midnight then the graph is there. The rest of the time it’s blank ☹️

That is really interesting. Last night was the first time I fell asleep
before midnight since I got my FitBit, but I don’t understand why that
should mess up the graph?

I’m also having the same issue. I’m using a Versa 2 and running the latest iOS on an IPhone XS. My heart rate is still tracking, but my restoration sleeping heart rate graph is not showing any data.

Looks like you are correct JAWard about the midnight span. Slept though the midnight hours and there is no graph this morning. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and hope this is resolved quickly. Just like others, I want and need the premium features I pay for.

Everyday for the past week the Sleep Restoration Graph is blank.  The over/under data is there but no graph.  I've recycled, rebooted and reinstalled but no luck.  The last time the graph displayed was 28 Mar, so it started before the firmware upgrade and continues since.

Any thoughts?

@jkahne   This is a known issue with the iOS app.  It happened with a Fitbit app update.  Fitbit is aware.  (I looked at your profile and saw other posts mentioning iPhone use.  All public information.)

I have exactly the same problem. Began immediately after the last update. Cannot see the Restoration graph. Fix it Fitbit!

Got an app update this morning 5 April south africa time. Sleep heart rate graph still missing. Was showing up on my ipad but now also not on ipad.

Hi Chimchim, as JaWard said, this happened to many of us back on Aug/Sept 20. Now happening  again for me since sat 2/4. Very annoying . IOS 14.4.2, Fitbit 3.40.1(1043). Just stopped working, again. Again, my husband & sister have Fitbit v 3 but it doesn’t happen to them, why is that?  Not good enough. Kate
