After 11/15/17 update sleep and step tiles are missing

I have no sleep tile or steps showing. I think that the device is gone from the app but I've tried to get it back and not possible. Can anyone help me please?

It doesn't work.  I have the same problem.  When I click on it, then the x --it gives me an OPEN tab which will NOT OPEN.
