Hi, yesterday my fitbit app on the iphone just seized. It's stuck on 4150 steps and 12% battery, even though the phone has been recharged etc. I've tried turning the phone off and on several times, I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, even turned the VPN off and back on again - nothing. Any advice?

Hi there, @Dasher13.
Thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried so far. While this is odd, I'd like to try setting up your Fitbit devices one more time to see if your data gets updated afterward. To do this, please follow these steps:

This also happened to me after having to do the update required in the app. Steps freeze often. I have tried all the steps you have taken as well as what the Fitbit support team has suggested but it isn’t totally corrected. I didn’t have any issues until after the app update.

Hi there, @Ferrierfive.
I appreciate you for trying the steps suggested above. I understand how frustrating this has been for you and because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if the issue persists?
I'd like to share with you that our team released a new version of the Fitbit app recently. If you haven't done so, please visit the App store and install the update on your phone. Then, monitor its behavior to see how it goes afterward.
