Steps aren't syncing correctly

Having trouble syncing and have now lost all step info on dashboard. Tried resetting, switching phone off and on again.  Can’t click on Activity to add to view. Help please

Thanks for the information provided, as well for the steps that you've tried prior posting. Nice way to go! I've checked with our Support Team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. Please keep an eye on your email inbox, you'll get some information about your case. In the meantime, make sure to have the Fitbit app updated, as well to turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
