I'm having the same issue for the past week but when I go into my app, select edit, the tiles I have are Calories burned, track exercise, pounds to go, ouncez of water consumed, calories left and calories eaten. Steps is not there. How can I get them back?
Best AnswerHi, @SunsetRunner , what you are seeing is a bug introduced in the latest update to the iOS app. The temporary fix is to log out and log back in to the app, or force quit the app, and in most cases that will restore your stats temporarily. However, until a permanent fix is available (the engineers are working on it and you can find updates in this post ) it is likely that your steps will dosappear again.
I would strongly recommend posting your problem in the post I have linked, because that way you will get updates, and also Fitbit will be advised of how widespread this issue is.
