Steps not syncing correctly to challenge

I am doing 2 Workweek Hustle challenges this week. My steps are syncing correctly to one but not the other. I just ran 2 miles which was about 4000 steps. One challenge accurately reflects, but my steps in the other challenge only went up by less than 400 steps. I have almost 11000 steps for the day, but challenge is reflecting just over 11000. Time zone is correct and matches other participants. Any suggestions?

Should say "challenge is reflecting just over 1100" not 11000

Having the same issue - missed out on 12,000 steps yesterday

A warm welcome to our new friends @KerryErin77 @cathbunting! Thanks for stopping by! Robot Very HappySince you're in the same timezone as other participants, I'd suggest you verifiy the following:

1. Steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. 
2. You're manually logging steps. Only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
3. You're using MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.

I'd recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.

I have verified all steps above. It has been 18 hours since the issue started and I am still have the same issue this morning. My dashboard is reflect he correct steps, on the challenge is incorrect.

I have also verified all those items. Correct sync to dashboard just
missing 12000 steps from yesterday on challenges...
