Steps won't show

When I wear my Fitbit I will get the "10,000 steps" notifications on my actual Fitbit, but when I look at the iOS app, it will show that I have zero steps. Please help, thank you!

Is your fitbit syncing ok? The app will only show the step count as it was when it last synced.

I've had same problem since 15 June- can't get recent steps, distance etc. When I try to sync app just says "looking"

@MC162 I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:
