Still no notifications

So I just did the new iOS update on my phone as well as my Fitbit versa, still not receiving text notifications. It’s been several months now. Is this issue not going to be fixed? I have only had my Fitbit since August. So this is a huge disappointment. With the holidays coming up, I wish I could recommend this watch, unfortunately I have had to tell my family and friends to choose another smart watch.

Pay special attention to page 1 of the thread and perform those steps carefully. 
I wish I could offer more information but that it truly all I know about the issue at this time. When new information or updates occur they can be found there.
