You won't get any. Androids get ignored. We get told to check a link that they give us, which we've already done to do stuff we've already tried. That's about it.

Did U try ....
On iPhone go to settings - notifications - messages - show previews - when unlocked. You will start getting alerts after that on Fitbit. I have iPhone 11 Max on newest update and it’s working fine this way until they fix it

Those suggestions do not work so probably shouldn’t keep telling customers to do that. What’s been working is....

Not likely, they've provided no help to anyone on Android so far and all we get is a brush off

I have done everything asked of me, but no text messages come through. I do get phone calls. This is very aggravating. What am I doing wrong?

For a company supposedly hard at work resolving the notifications issue, FitBit seems like they are hard at sleep. This is ridiculous to still have this problem. I would be out of business if i ran a company like this.

After trying everything through step 8 I was finally able to get my message notifications again however I am not happy that I can either only get them on my Fitbit when my phone is unlocked or if I have the preview message feature enabled. Hoping this is resolved soon!

I've heard back from fitbit support. They had no idea that anyone has problems.... They do now...
