Best AnswerThat’s the only thing that finally worked! In Show Previews under Notifications it has to be either on Always(Default) or When Unlocked. If it’s on Never you won’t get messages to your FitBit
Best AnswerThe same is happening to mine. If I look for a message I can find it but no vibration or banner. And it also seems to be hit and miss.
Best AnswerYeah this thread doesn’t help. I called iPhone. And I called Apple. Nothing helps. I only wear my Fitbit for my text and calling notifications. It’s not doing me any good now so until this gets fixed I quit wearing it.
Best AnswerAdd another complaint to the list......
gonna ask Apple if they would accept a trade in for my once loved Blaze.............
Best AnswerIt’s been almost a month since the release of the new iOS and this still hasn’t been fixed. I refuse to turn on the texts preview setting on my phone in order to get notifications on my charge 3, I’d rather switch to an Apple iwatch at this point. So annoying and such a waste of money!
I have tried uninstalling the app on my phone many times. Sometimes I can then see my Fitbit, but not always.
Now my Fitbit has stopped tracking sleep and pulse. The problems seem to be getting worse and certainly not better. I’ve only had my Fitbit for a few months but looking to replace it because it’s worthless with all these constant problems.
Best AnswerIf they can’t get this fixed Apple is going to do more business with their watches that’s for sure
