Best AnswerYes I have the Charge 3 and I had to turn all my notifications on. I don't like having my messages on my phone pop up where anyone and everyone can see what people are saying. I have it on my wrist to see if I need to respond to anything right away. I am not buying a flipping Apple Watch.
Best AnswerWell my alta fitbit suddenly started working to receive text message alerts after several weeks of frustration and on the verge of getting an apple watch. Yes the messages show up also on my phone, but I guess I will take what I can since I really need the text alerts on my fitbit, instead of constantly looking at my phone when I get messages.
Best AnswerI've completed all the suggested steps. My Versa is receiving call notifications correctly. Text notifications are showing up on my Versa but I'm not being "notified" of them; no vibration is happening.
Curious if anyone else is having this same experience.
Best Answerwell that is what I am worried about that it will stop again without any reason, so at their mercy....
Best AnswerI have an Alta HR and am experiencing the same problems as everyone else. A new glitch, however, is that my phone keeps disconnecting the Fitbit. This has never happened before and it has been doing this since the update. Anyone else having this issue?
Best AnswerYes, that is my problem. Won't stay connected, so am not getting any notifications. Tried all these steps more than once. Sometimes it connects but won't stay connected to all-day.
Can’t even get Bluetooth to find my ionic now and because it’s not synced to the iPhone the time is now incorrect so can’t even use it as a watch!!!! When is this problem getting solved and an update rolled out????
