I would say it’s Apple. My Microsoft app for work will not work after the iOS 13 update, too. Apple has messed up a few things in the past after an update.
Best AnswerTurning off other Bluetooth devices is one of Fitbit’s Troubleshooting steps that I have tried and it doesn’t fix the issue for me personally
I just bought the Fitbit versa lite for many reasons and one them being to receive fewer notifications during the day... I only wanted texts.... Being that this feature does not work... I am thinking of returning this watch.... Is that allowed
Best AnswerTo me, this seems like a programing issue. (algorithm) It's weird that I will get notifications for phone calls and calendar events, but not text messages. I have done everything that was recommended by Fitbit. I'm concerned that this issue has been going on for a month now, and it's still not fixed. My mom was going to get a Fitbit, but I told her to hold off because of this issue. Actually, I will tell anybody who wants to get one to hold off, since it seems that Fitbit cannot currently fix the problem.

Best AnswerThis is what Fitbit said to me with my last correspondence with them. The last emailed I received from Fitbit was Oct. 14th. So frustrating!

That's better than me. I get no notifications on my Fitbit from my phone!! Arghhh! I wish that Fitbit would at least communicate!
Best AnswerYou're not alone. My Fitbit won't show any notifications like a call or text. Some people say that they do see them, but mine does not and I've followed all the steps!
Best AnswerThanks for sharing! I hope they get it fixed soon!!
Best AnswerI have one paired to an Android phone that works perfect so I decided to get my wife one... Little did I know that iOS 13 is not working with a Fitbit when it comes to notifications... I ended up returning it this morning.. if this is apples way of making people by their watches I'm afraid this problem is going to linger for a while...

Best AnswerI am very disappointed in Fitbit’s response to this issue. I have tried the Fitbit link provided and it does not correct the problem. Many users have said the same thing. This is clearly and App / IOS 13 issue. Fitbit should hire someone who can fix it and stop wasting people’s time. If nothing comes soon from FITBIT my best option is to buy an Apple Watch. I feel like I made a big mistake upgrading a a new Fitbit Versa from a Charge.
