This is getting ridiculous. iPhone with iOS 13.1.3 and the latest Fitbit app, followed all the instructions but still no notifications for calls or texts on my Alta HR. I’ve missed multiple important calls and texts. Why hasn’t this been fixed yet?

Monthly if not weekly I am presently doing full delete & install Versa & FitBit app.
Why I am sat here Garmin Forerunner 245 dominant & Versa1 non dominant wrist. I'm in progress migrating to Garmin.
Same. Have done all the fixes listed everywhere and at tops it works for a few hours before going back to not working. Versa lite & ios 13. So frustrated.
Best AnswerThank you!!! I have tried everything but this until now. Why didn't I think about doing a factory reset?! It works now and I am getting text notifications. I actually bought an Apple Watch but am returning it now. Turns out I love my Versa more!

Best AnswerThanks! That worked for me.. But I don't want these hefers at work reading anything of my messages if my phone is on my desk! lol I changed it to show preview when unlocked so thats a little better!

Best AnswerI have tried every possible solution suggested and still have no messages showing on my fit bit charge 3. It will alert me when I’ve got a phone call but that’s all. Help!

Your data should have come back when you logged back in. I have flagged your post for moderator team top come & help you as this should not be happening.
After reset Versa did you too delete & reinstall app then go settings > Versa > Add device?
That should have recovered your account data & in full.
Best AnswerIs there still an actual notification on/off toggle on the device itself? I can’t seem to locate it after the update? I see “do not disturb” and “sleep mode” but not on/off?
Best AnswerDepends on the model lorrainge but on the Charge 3 three you press and hold the left reset button and a screen with screen wake and notifications appears and you can toggle them on/off from there - hope this helps
