I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Cannot access my Fitbit login details and am not receiving any emails to reset password. It's so frustrating.

Best AnswerSame issue has been happening for months now. I waited for an update and updated the app and Fitbit versa. Did all the steps and still not getting text notifications but notifications for everything else. Is this still an issue?
Best AnswerThis is very frustrating I purchased the Versa 2 Special Edition about three weeks ago and everything was working fine. I did the update on my iphone as recommended by Fitbit and now I get absolutely no notifications very frustrating following all steps to connect and both. I understand you’re aware of the situation however it’s a brand new purchase and I’m not enjoying it at the moment.
Best AnswerI agree! I changed it to "when unlocked" so the previews didn't show on my phone, but they still show on the Versa. I'll take it because it's better than no notifications right now!

I did not delete the app. Only reset my password
It is not fixed. All previous data deleted.
Reset my password and all previous data for 2019 has been deleted.

Best AnswerI got a Versa 2 for my birthday and I'm afraid to take it out of the box to test it since I'm still not receiving notifications on the Alta HR since the iOS update. Would using a newer device (the versa 2) fix the problem? Anyone start using a Versa 2 after they had already update to iOS 13?
