Hey Fitbit!
What’s the intention if there is no solution, in the near future? Fitbit cannot continue to sell devices that do not actually do what they advertise to. I bought a new Fitbit Inspire today and wouldn’t have bothered had I been aware of the ongoing issues.
Fitbit cannot expect consumers to be ok with a no-timeframe apology, when they cannot use their devices as intended. Our devices can’t function as advertised and promised, what will be done about it?
We are all awaiting your comments...

Maybe this is an iPhone problem, something they are doing to force people to buy their products and more updates will cause a shutdown on other notifications 😳😩. Or maybe FitBit just needs to get it together and figure it out! Lol I hope it’s the latter.

Except people with Samsung phones are having the same issue... so it clearly is not just an iPhone thing.

I only have an iPhone so there’s nothing “clearly” about it. But thanks for letting me know it’s the latter; like I’d hoped.
