RachelleLaniuk8- I just got off the phone with them and said the exact same thing. I said if they advertise that a product has notifications as a feature, and they know that those features are not working then they are misrepresenting their product. I said I wanted my money back - they said I had to go to the retailer I bought it from. The retailer has told me that I have to go to Fitbit. WTF?!! How does this show FITBIT honoring their 45-day Money Back Guarantee??? I then asked to speak with a supervisor who then proceeded to tell me that they are working on the devices as people call in to complain - so sounds like they are fixing them on an individual basis not globally. However that works I have no idea. Since I got off the phone mine has been working - but we will see if it continues to work for the next 24 hour period or not. For such a huge corporation they have definitely dropped the ball on this one! Not impressed at all!!

I have done all of these steps multiple times and I am still not receiving any notifications on my Versa. I also can't seem to link Strava even though I already went through the whole set up process and it said access was granted.

I tried all of this from original post and still nothing. Now what?

Unfortunately there is no next step. We've all been sitting here for two months now with a device that is no longer capable of doing what it advertises and what it did when most of us bought it. We are stuck with a glorified step counter that, while it does notify us of incoming calls, fails to send us alerts for text messages and also gives us sporadic, random calendar notifications.
Fitbit, it is ridiculous that your company has been sitting on this problem now for two months without a solution. You are a technology company and having this big of an issue now for over eight weeks reflects so poorly on your company and specifically your ineffective software engineering teams. I work on a software engineering team for a large financial institution and if we had a problem this pervasive on one of our major products, heads would've been rolling weeks ago for having not been able to resolve it within a few days.
And it's not just the eight weeks that has passed since the iOS 13 update broke your product. Surely you had access to the beta version of iOS 13 months ago and knew that this was coming down the pike for your consumers.
The least you all can do is let us know where your software engineers are with fixing the problem whether it's via the app or a firmware update to the devices. Your consumers are tired of hearing "We're working on it."

Wow ! You definitely nailed it here. And by far the best post yet. I’m sure there are many like myself that agree with you. So sad for what I thought was a great purchase from supposedly a great company. I’ll say it again - shame on me for not going with an Apple Watch like I was told to do.

I don't have time to read all of the comments, to see if anyone is having the same issue. My Alta stopped receiving text messages when I updated...just like everyone else. So, last night I received 2 text messages and thought all was well, but today nothing 😞 Maybe Fitbit is working on it... is it just wishful thinking???

Still can’t believe that this issue hasn’t been resolved!!!
I have the same problems as everyone else: receive calls but no texts, and literally have tried everything to get it working! But nada! Come on Fitbit resolve this!!
