Not at all happy you all are still having issues too, but at least it’s a relief knowing I’m not the only one. It’s still so aggravating and beyond frustrating to have paid what we paid for this and now nothing.

I tried everything per the recommended trouble shooting. I can’t get to my front screen on my watch to where I could control notifications My app is up to date along with my phone and I have tried everything you have noted. Very disappointed in fit bit. I also cannot control the volume on my airpods with my watch. When I first got my AirPods in September the volume worked now it does not. With the most recent update I cannot even get my AirPods to connect, I love my ionic, but disappointed with most recent update and AirPod issues.

After futzing around for several hours, I at least have it synced to my iPhone. I hope it lasts through my half marathon.

I finally got my working today. I deleted my Versa from the Fitbit app then deleted the app and re installed it and set up my versa again and it worked.

I cannot even connect my Versa to my phone now! I get absolutely nothing! Before this, the Versa would disconnect from my phone A LOT. I have been looking at an iwatch because this is ridiculous!

I’m all fixed, re installed the Fitbit in the app and paired to my phone again, seems to be working now. Contacted the online chat help people and they were super helpful and got me working

The Fitbit help chat people talked me through it. I went into settings on my fitbit app and installed a new device, when it asked if it was new or to replace I chose replace. Part of the automatic process paired it to my phone.
