Best AnswerNone of this seems to work for mine, very frustrating. Though my brothers blaze works as normal receiving texts like the iso update has no affect on his.
Best AnswerI’ve done both those suggestions and still nothing! It’s 4 days since your last updated post. What is Fitbit doing to fix this issue?? I’m ready to get rid of my Fitbit and get an Apple Watch and tell anyone that can hear me not to ever get a Fitbit. I depend on getting texts on my Fitbit so much. I am no beyond frustrated. I even did a “chat” with technical support and nothing helped. She told me to reset my phone and we were disconnected, duh!! We tried several other things as well.
That worked for me too, but I hate having my messages showing on the screen. I hope they fix this ASAP.
Best AnswerTry this...
From Notifications, scroll down and click on the messages app, in options select SHOW PREVIEW ALWAYS. Let me know if that works.
Best AnswerIOS13.1 will be coming out soon so hopefully that will fix it. I was just trying everyone’s suggestion and this one worked for my Versa.
