How much longer is it going to take to solve this problem? It seems that it is taking a very long time for a company that is as large as Fitbit - if some of the features arent available for a period of time then it makes the FItbit Versa Lite (the model I have) a very expensive watch. Hmmm, very disappointing
I’m having the same issue ever since updating to iOS 13 my text messages won’t pop up on my Fitbit they only show up on my phone I went into settings and it’s on. What’s going on. I feel like I need to buy a new Fitbit now
I have a charge 3 that was having issues with getting the notifications but my fitbit not vibrating making the notifications pointless. It started working like normal about an hour ago. I had restarted my fitbit a few times and restarted my phone and it still wasn’t working. I updated to 13.1 and again restarted both fitbit and phone but still nothing. I realized I hadn’t synced since the update so and it suddenly started working again.
I know this isn’t much information to go on but maybe it means the fix is slowly taking effect?
Best AnswerNot only does my Flex 2 not buzz with notification for phone calls anymore since updating to iOS 13.1 but since trying to restart my Fitbit my phone doesn’t automatically pick it up in my Bluetooth devices which is concerning. Please can you provide regular updates on this issue and when it will likely be resolved
This has seemingly helped to begin receiving text messages and emails, as well as notifications from other misc apps. My weather still will not update, no matter how many times I re-sync with my phone, no matter if the weather app is open or not. Any suggestions for that?
Best AnswerThank you! I’ve finally got mine working again thanks to your comment. I also restarted my Fitbit after changing my previews not sure if that made any difference. Thank you!
Best AnswerSpecial thanks goes out to PeterJC (pg 32 ) .....I did exactly what you said and it worked for me, I am now receiving text messages again on my IPhone XS after the IOS 13.1 update. Still have a slight delay on my Blaze when receiving a call, my Blaze still continues to vibrate for about 3 to 5 seconds after I answer the call on my phone. Much Thanks again PeterJC !
Does anyone have a Fitbit Inspire HR? And have you gotten it to work yet? If so, what did you do? TIA!
Best AnswerI had this same issue. I had success getting my messages only after switching Messages > Show Previews to Always.
Still frustrating since before iOS13 I received my messages on my Charge3 with Never selected as my Show Previews option. I would like this option to return.

Best AnswerTo drothbard I would like to try to help you out. But you will have to start all over from the beginning. First of all, go to the Bluetooth on your phone and locate the Blaze and to the right find the letter i inside the circle, hit the circle and then hit “forget this device“ and remove the Blaze from the phone. Then delete the Fitbit app from your phone ( u Will not lose your info it’s on the Fitbit server) . Now Reinstall the Fitbit App from the App Store and sign back into the app with your email and password. Once you have done this click your profile picture and hit add new device and do the same thing you did when you first got the Blaze. Answer yes to all the pop ups allow pairing to blue tooth ... yes...blah blah blah... allow notifications yes ...blah blah blah and then try to sync your device to the app like you normally would. Now go to settings in the phone and go to notifications .... then look for messages and click on messages..... make sure allow notifications in switched to the green on and then on the bottom where it says “options” below it .... it says “show previews“ and make sure it says “when unlocked“ or “always“. For extra measure in the notifications on your phone go to Fitbit and check that it says allow notifications is on green and that show previews reading when unlocked or always. This show help you . Good luck !

Best AnswerTry to restart the Blaze by holding the left button and the right bottom button at the same time for at least 5 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo come up. Also try to shut off the Bluetooth on your phone and restart the phone and then turn the Bluetooth on again and try to pair it.
