I guess I could try turning the message preview off and see if it still works.
But now I’m afraid to change anything. Lol.

Best AnswerI also did everything I was reading including uninstalling the app and the Fitbit and reinstalling. Turning off my phone and restarting the Fitbit several times.
The only thing that seemed to work was turning the messages to ‘preview always.’
