There are 2 places you need to enable Show Previews:
1. Settings > Notifications. The first line item is a general setting for this.
2. Settings > Notifications > Messages. Gotta have Lock Screen on and Show Previews: Always on.
Hopefully this is only a temporary fix as I personally don’t prefer the previews on my screen.

It did work for me but I am not a fan of the previews on my screens either.

Hello @Staceyrod
I’m sorry your having trouble getting notifications to show on your Versa. Lets first find out if your particular device (iOS, Android) is compatible with the new update. Please let me know your device and version. You can check here as well: https://www.fitbit.com/devices
please let me know if it is indeed compatible so that we can try troubleshooting your lack of notifications.

Switching the notifications under text message to always show previews. Once I did that it started working.

I had issues with the bluetooth connection at first too.
Make sure it’s connected, syncs (try turning all day sync on and off), and the Share System Notifications option is on in the iphone settings bluetooth fitbit menu.
I installed ios13 on my iPhone 7. I can no longer receive messages on my Inspire. I did all the usual fix attempts (reset Inspire, Bluetooth on/off, phone reset) and still nothing. Thoughts?
Best AnswerApparently there are a great number of Fitbit users that are having issues with receiving notifications on their devices after updating to iOS 13. Some have found ways to make theirs work, while others are waiting for Fitbit to issue an update ASAP. Would have been nice if Fitbit developers were able to get ahead of this, especially when they knew the biggest iOS update was about to drop🙄

I have lots of nosy people at work. So I generally prefer to see them on my fit bit.
