Best AnswerI have figured out that my messages notifications has to be set to always preview in order for my flex 2 to buzz/vibrate which I don’t like .... I don’t want a preview of my messages .. before the iso 13 update the messages notifications didn’t have to be set to always preview which was great ... can it go back to being like that please!
I’ve had problems with notifications for the past two months with my Versa and android phone.. I just got an iPhone and still problems..
Best AnswerI have a fitbit versa and was very frustrated when I updated my iPhone XR to ios 13 and I had not received any notifications except when a phone call was active. But I have fixed this issue by going to "settings" on my phone and clicking "notifications" and then clicking "show previews" then change that to (Always). I also have set my iPhone notification settings for the fitbit app in the "options" category at the bottom under "show previews" to (Always) Let me know if this helps of if you still have issues and maybe I can further assist.
