My Surge does not sync with my iPad. The Bluetooth is on. I've turned off Bluetooth and then turned it back on. I've turned off Surge and turned it back on. I keep getting a message that Surge needs to be paired with my iPad. It was syncing and then stopped and would give me the needs to be paired message. What is the best way to fix this?

Welcome to the Community @KathrynV. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If you are not seeing the tracker's tile, that means that it is not paired. So, please follow the setup procedure to set it up directly from your iOS Fitbit app. If you are able to see that tile, follow our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
