Surge won't connect

Hi. I have a Surge was has suddenly stopped pairing with my IPhone. Haven't updated phone recently. Have latest Fitbit app. Surge appears to be working OK otherwise. Turned off Bluetooth on both devices then on again. Turned off both devices completely and on again. No connection. iPhone still searching for connection to Surge. The only thing that's out of the ordinary was that the Surge had critically low battery when it stopped pairing (since recharged). Any thoughts or suggestions welcomed. Pete

It's great to see you around @Lovetoclimb. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems connecting your phone with your tracker. If you do, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
