Suddenly the tempo after my running is showing tempo in feet not minutes?! I’ve went through my unit Settings in app. and online and everything seems right. Online min/km is shown but not in app. Why?!

I have a problem with the app, my watch shows the right thing. So I wonder why it would change if I use another clock face?

Hello, thanks I tried that but it did not work. It seems like I updated the app in AppStore yesterday day and that’s when the app started acting out. Could someone thing happened with the update?
it has even changed on old workout that use to show min and seconds per km= speed

My settings are correct but since sometime this spring the pace measurement is totally wrong as it shows feet; inch instead of minutes per km as previously. Please help me to get back to my correct Swedish measurements.

Same in Japanese for more than a month!!

Previously Pace (ie minuters per kilometer) was shown as 10”14’ but now (in Sweden) it is shown as feet and inches. The translation is obviously misinterpreting the ” and ’ which makes the view really ’ugly’. It has been like this for a couple of months, and I was looking forward to the next update for a fix, but it is still the same.

Hi, @malinr, this issue is being discussed at the Swedish app shows incorrect units for pace - Fitbit Community on the iOS board.
Cheers

Hello @Miis
I’m hoping I understand your question correctly (🤞fingers crossed) I believe your stating your clock has changed activities to reflect in Feet except in kilometers which you prefer. If that is indeed correct open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap App Settings then tap units. Under length change your preference to kilometers then sync your Charge 4 to accept the changes. While your in this section of the Fitbit App ensure your other preferences are correct and remember to sync your Charge 4 if you make any changes.
😃 I hope I understood your question correctly and provided you with the best answer for your question. Please let me know if this helps.

Did not help me. All my activities in my history is in feet… so I don’t know when it changed. With an update? Can not change - the settings for units are correct.

I’m so sorry that didn’t work @Stenkatten and @Miis Are either of you using the Swedish app?? I dug around and found this thread with individuals discussing the same issue here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Swedish-app-shows-incorrect-units-for-pace/td-p/5177098. If so I was not aware of the issue but it appears that the Fitbit Team is aware of this problem ( @LizzyFitbit addresses it as a known issue on page 3 of the forum thread. Stating “Our team is currently working on this situation to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. Once again, your feedback is truly appreciated and once there are more details,”)
If this indeed the issue you are having I would certainly join that thread and participate in the discussion there. If any solution is discovered it would certainly be addressed there first.
😉I understand this doesn’t help resolve the issue but hopefully pointing you in the right direction helps. I hope this gets resolved quickly for you. If the above link is not what you are experiencing please let me know so that I can possibly help in other ways.

Hello again @Miis
I’m not sure about what’s going on with your Charge 4 at the moment in reference to the pace/feet issue. Unless you too are using A Swedish App as I described in my previous message (link also provided) As far as your Charge 4 “acting out” lately have you tried restarting your Charge 4 to see if that helps resolve those issues? You won’t lose any data doing a restart. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. Hopefully a restart will at least address those issues.
