Sync no longer works after today's app update

A couple of updates ago, the Recent Excersise function on the iOS app disappeared.  So while I can still Track my activity and then view the particulars on the computer app, I can no longer see it on my phone.

 

Anyone know how to get to see the excersise stats and picture on the phone?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @wrighta234! Could you confirm if you're having syncing issues? If you're having that problem, please take a look to this article. If it's about the tile that's missing, you may bring it back by following these steps.

I verified that all 3 conditions were met and then went through the troubleshooting section.  I have tried everything there, including removing Fitbit Connect and then re-installing it, but nothing works.

 

At this time my Charge will only sync to the phone which then updates the account so I see the updated sync on the laptop.  But the Connect is still useless.

Hi @wrighta234,

If you have your tracker Bluetooth bonded to your phone (required for things like seeing live data in the App and call notifications), the Bluetooth bond may be preventing you from syncing to your computer. This is a known limitation of Bluetooth.

If this is the case, I'd recommend the troubleshoots detailed here.
