Since the time I have updated from Blaze to Versa, the "Syncing & Refreshing" taking longer and most of the times if app is running in the background, if fails to find the watch.
This morning it was even weirder, it really took easy more than 3-4 minutes to sync and the whole time app was blank (see the attachment)

Hi @AjaySingh, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the screenshot that was attached into your post, seems odd that your Fitbit app is behaving in such way. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be smoothly completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted please, I'll be around.

Since I got the iPhone 11 I have been having quite a few problems with syncing my Fitbit. This last week I get a message saying the it can’t find my device or it takes forever to sync. It is very frustrating.

After going through the trouble shooting steps, Syncing works well and so far no complaints yet.
Will let you know if I come across such similar issue.
Thanks and Regards.

Did all the troubleshooting and still have problems. Go to sync to my phone and it goes only half way through syncing and stops. Very frustrating.
