My Fitbit will sync during the day but after midnight the previous day will read as zero steps. Also the only thing that works is the calorie count. Just finished a vacation where it looks like I laid in bed for a week!

Hey there @EdwardO! I hope you're doing great! Let me help you out, your tracker will always reset your data at midnight but I mean when you sync do you loose your previous data? In the meantime recommend performing a restart 2 or 3 times in a row.
