I’ve had my Inspire HR since March. Every other day, or sometimes every day, I have issues with syncing my Fitbit to my iPhone. The apps up to date and so is my phones software. It’s happened since day one and is aggravating. If I’m lucky then switching the Bluetooth on and off or restart my phone. But the majority of times I have to disconnect the Fitbit completely and reconnect which then means everything’s back to factory settings. I have to set up all the notifications again and alarms. It’s frustrating me. The Fitbit is working fine I can use the device perfectly it’s just when using the app I dread it.

I have the latest iOS which is supported. I’ve read those articles and the only one which works sometimes is doing the disconnect but when I do all the settings are back to the factory ones. I have to set all my alarms again and the app notifications. The app notifications I can only set when I get a new notification which is a pain and irritating. If I knew the problems where this bad I wouldn’t have got it.
