Syncing issue please help!

My blaze just stopped syncing to my phone did all the tricks restarted the phone closed out the able turned Bluetooth on and off a few times it's reading that the blaze may be out of range or turned of and neither are the case....what do I do?

@Masters3124 it looks like your post was moved to the iOS area, probably because of the phone your posting from.

Welcome to the Community @Masters3124 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having inconveniences syncing your Blaze with your iOS device? If you do, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
