Syncing problem

I have a 5s running with ios7 and recently I switch to iPhone 7 with ios10. But why those data on 5s doesn't show up on my 7?
I have same account logged on both devices

It's great to see you around @pewer. If you are having problems connecting your phone with your tracker, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After those steps your tracker should work without an inconvenience.
