Target Load missing from tile and graph

On the Fitbit app I receive an actual cardio load score but no target. For the first two days I received a notification telling me my target load but nothing showing on the graph. Now there is no notification or any target range on the graph. Does anyone else have this issue.

Exactly the same issues as mhouse describes. I think the developers need to adress this and post an update soon.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the issue!

I was having the exact same problem, it was very annoying. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it solved my problem and I didn’t lose any data.

I have an iPhone.
Was this a "delete app" from the homescreen, "keep data", and then (re)install from the cloud kept version?

It’s the same for me. It get a suggested cardio load, but no target range. Since the suggested cardio load disappears after a while it’s not very helpful. I also have the Charge 6 and an iPhone.

Yes, choose all those steps! And download from the cloud. Hopefully you are good to go like me!

Thank you, AA.

No target yet, I'll keep monitoring.

I have the same issue. I wear my Fitbit all the time except to shower, and mine has always said “No Target.” I have a Luxe and iPhone (most recent iOS update).

I have the same problem as you all calibrated and was showing correctly but in the past few days it has stopped showing cardio target score. Looking at other comments I think the problem is with Fit Bit support but I have no idea how to contact them

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.

Thanks for your continued feedback, and the steps that you've tried so far. As I mentioned before, this issue has been escalated to our team and they're currently working to get it fixed. I'm sorry for this inconvenience, and I appreciate your patience. Rest assured that I'll update this thread as soon as I have more information to share.

@TerryG64 and @Zabba Because it's been a while since you posted, could you confirm if the issue with the Target Load not appearing persists? If so, take a screenshot of what it's displayed on the Fitbit app and attach it to your reply.

I deleted the app and reinstalled. The target now shows in the graph.

Hi

Did it save all your data when you deleted the app and reinstalled?

Hi, data saved back to December when the tile  first appeared.

Fitbit charge5, Iphone app. Have shifted to google a while ago. Both watch and app are updated to the latest version. Had the same issues with the target not showing.

Deleted the app on the iphone. This includes deleting the data. Then re-installed via the app store. Logged in via my google account. This recovers all data.

Target now appears perfectly well.

Hi

i have tried all the suggestions except moving everything to google as I don’t use google account but I still don’t have cardio load target it just says “no target” even though app has been deleted and reinstalled and everything iOS and Fitbit versions  are the latest available. Please confirm that we don’t all have to migrate to google in order to use cardio target feature.

Hi

How do you get your data back? I don’t have a google account. I would be very skeptical about deleting all my data as it don’t trust that I wouldn’t lose it. How do I get it back? Nothing has worked how others have said it would on my phone no matter that I followed suggestions even those from Fitbit themselves hasn’t worked.

Maybe it would be best to wait a little while & see if the moderator here
sends a message that they have fixed the bugs. Our data is stored in our
account & not in the app so it should not be lost. Many of us have had good
luck with deleting the app & then reloading it from your App Store. Then
you need to resync everything. Before you delete the app make sure you know
which email account you are using for your FitBit account. I had a lot of
trouble getting everything to sync but finally succeeded. The Cardio Load
tile now displays both my target range and my daily value. However as
people here have reported, the Target & advice posted doesn’t always make
sense.
Good luck

Sorry I cannot help there. I can only tell what worked for me, with a google account. Anything I say on your case would be guess work.

Good luck and hopefully somebody can help you out.

I was successful in getting the cardio target onto the graph by deleting the app and reinstalling. I now have another issue. Since the target has been showing on the tile both the target notification and target value on the graph have not changed. I have had the same target value for the last  four days. The value use to change every day prior to being able to see it on the graph. Has anyone else noticed this issue.

Same, it took 7 days worth of data, then would give me a notification pop up saying what my target is, this lasted for 2 days. Now I have no target, no message, nothing. I'm on charge 6 on an android
