Text Notifications still NOT working!

This has been the 4th week of my text notifications not working after the iOS update! Yes I have seen the pink banner and instructions, yes I have been in contact with customer support on numerous occasions, and yes I understand every time I was told that they are aware and are trying to resolve it but 4 weeks? I have done everything multiple times, uninstall, pair, unpair, ALL settings are exactly how they suppose to be so it gets frustrating being asked if I tried the instructions mentioned in the pink banner!! Can tech support resolve this or not? I will switch to an Apple Watch as wearing this daily and NT receiving notifications defeats a main reason I got the Charge 3! Very disappointed and frustrated with Fitibit now.... 4 weeks!!

I understand your still having notification issues. Yes, as you stated it is still a known issue that the Fitbit Team is working on. I assure you that they want this resolved just as fast as everyone else. This thread is the best location on the Fitbit Community to find out the latest information on this issue. The thread can provide some tips and possible workarounds from users that you might find helpful. Yes the link is the banner you spoke of. I’ve seen some individuals have been able to at least get there notifications to work but with previews showing. Every device is different. You might find something there that can be a solution.

I wish I could be of more help but all I can do at the moment is to point you in the right direction. Good luck to you

Thanks for replying but no nothing in that link helped as I have already tried multiple times with the steps given but to no avail. 4 weeks is a long time to go without a resolution, I dont think I can make it to 5 weeks! #disappointed

I understand your disappointment. I’m hoping for a fix as well. I’m in the same boat. I did see on page 144 of that thread that individuals are doing a factory reset that are getting some good results. It’s worth a peek at it. I wish I had more answers for you I really do but I’m afraid I don’t.

Unfortunately that did not work as well. It's been a huge time consumer "trying" to get this restored. Fitbit needs to get this resolved, there are a ton of frustrated consumers!

The ONLY thing that shows is Active Call, not even the name of the person which it did before. I dont get any texts, whatsapps notifications anymore
