Text notifications not showing up on Charge 2.

The call notifications on my Charge 2 (iPhone 6S 11.4.1) work, but the text notifications never worked. I thought it was maybe just my watch, but I got a new one and still have the same issue. I've ensured all day sync is on, amended my notifications to ensure they are all allowed on both the app and in my settings and the watch is has notifications "on". Is there anything I am doing wrong, or can try to get them to work? I find it hard to believe both watches would be defective in that area, but you never know.

Hello @JBot204, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply! Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have tried all the troubleshooting steps I've provided so far. At this moment, I would like to ask you to set up your Charge 2 as a new device in order to reset the connection between your phone and your tracker. Don't worry, none of the information already stored in your account will be deleted.

To set up your Charge 2 as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device (remove any other Fitbit device in this list).
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
  5. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

After that, go to Account > Charge 2 > Notifications and enable them. In your phone make sure go to Settings and make sure "Do Not Disturb" is disabled.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted!

Hello @JBot204, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply and provide the screenshots I requested earlier. Smiley Happy

At this moment I would like to ask you to enable Show in History on both Settings > Notifications > Messages / Fitbit, this feature will allow the messages to arrive to your Fitbit device.

Please give this a try and let me know the outcome!
