The app and the online dashboard show different information

My watch says that I have met all of my hourly goals so far today, but the app and the online dashboard show different information? The watch has successfully synced.  Not sure why it would show different information.

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding your Fitbit app.

I'm not sure if you are still having difficulties with it. I'd recommend the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
