I keep changing my Timezone to Sydney but it keeps jumping back to Los Angeles. No matter what I do. I’ve deleted the app. Deleted all of my fitbits.
Nothing had worked and my Charge 2 reads the wrong time constantly. What can I do? I’m about to buy a new watch and if my app can’t work properly I may have to buy something different but I love the Fitbit.

Best AnswerMy timezone refuses to switch to anything other than Pacific time. I have performed all resets, logouts, and forced syncs described above. Once my Fitbit displayed the correct time, and then jumped right back ttwo hours (I need Central time). This appears to be a very common problem that has persisted over years. Any ideas before I return the device?

Best AnswerHi
my charge 2 has also reset to Los Angeles and although I have manually reset to London numerous times and deleted app then re downloaded it the time setting is still Los Angeles?
