My Fitbit doesn't have the right time. I have tried to manually set it to other time zone and it still doesn't work. I have also restarted my Fitbit but that didn't work either.

The reason your tracker is showing the incorrect timezone even when you have adjusted it manually is because it hasn't synced lately. If your tracker is having trouble syncing, I would like to suggest you to check @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been very helpful for many people facing the same situation.
