My dashboard isn't displaying my steps nor my sleep. I am also having trouble syncing my tracker with my Mac. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times. I have the Fitbit HR. The trouble began on Jan 31. I've read the Forum and it seems I am not alone. Is there a fix or do I need to return the item to exchange for a new one? A wee bit frustrated. Thank you.

I would recommend re-pairing your tracker to your account using the replacement setup process. Click here for instructions.
