What problems are you having?

Are you following the steps in this process: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/

If so, at what point are you getting stuck?

Hello @lorialo, welcome to the Community, it's nice to have you on board! Smiley Happy

I noticed @SteveH provided a link with very helpful instructions in how to set up your Fitbit tracker. Adding to @SteveH recommendations, I would like to provide you some pointers that will be useful as well:

  • If you're setting up the tracker for the first time, make sure it's fully charged.
  • Also, make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the process.
  • Restart your tracker and keep it plugged in while setting it up.
  • Restart you iPhone
  • Restart the Bluetooth by turning it off for 15 seconds and turning it back on.

Please try these steps and feel free to reply in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Hi @lorialo, thank you for the update! I'm really glad your Fitbit tracker is now syncing. Smiley Happy

In regards of the time, please tap on the Account tab on the menu at the bottom and on the next screen scroll down, you'll be able to see Advance Settings. Tap on it and under Time Zone enable Set Automatically. Finally, go back to the Dashboard and sync your tracker.

I hope this information can be helpful, keep me posted if you need anything else!

Hello @lorialo, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

It seems very odd that the time is not correcting when all of your other data is correctly syncing with the app. I would like to suggest you to reset your tracker and sync it once again with the app to check if the time corrects itself.

Now, in regards of your next question, the app does have an average heart rate tile which is visible if your tracker is able to track heart rate, such as the Charge HR, Charge 2 and Blaze.

Keep me posted in case you need anything else!. Smiley Wink

You're very welcome @lorialo. In case your Charge HR is still not displaying the correct time information but it's still syncing your data to app, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about the troubleshooting you've performed so far, I'm positive they will be happy to assist you further.

Let me know the outcome!
